Music City does have alot of advertising items-signs etc., music collectables and political. David always has unusual stuff. Buddy does alot of general merchandise, glassware, furniture, etc...he does about 4 auctions a month so alot of cool stuff comes thru here. Chris is another mainly general auction house but gets advertising signs alot too. All three do estates so if someone has a collection of guitars to sell they'll have it. All 3 have sites on http://www.auctionzip.com which is a super auction site...LS
Mark, a buddy in Ohio called this morning and has a Fritz Brothers Guitar(Bluesmaster) he's wanting to sell. I haven't heard of it but he seems to think its a super piece. Does your friend in Calif. still collect them.LS
He still collects Larry, but he is into the vintage scene, I think that the Fritz stuff is more along the 'specialty' shops...great pieces, but different than vintage.
Mark
Thanks Mark--I did go to there site and take a look, looks like they've been around awhile but not long enough to be vintage-like you and me...
The story is Roger Fritz was born in a guitar case at the VFW...lol
Thanks
Hi Larry,
Thanks for the publicity! I have an auction coming on April 12 @ my warehouse for those interested. Signs, advertising, sports, music, circus, political, a little of everything. You can bid online at http://www.proxibid.com (go to April 12 and scroll down looking for Music City Auction Antiques and Collectibles Sale).
For those interested, my father and I were Larry's counterpart for about 25 years for the TGI Friday's restaurant chain. We bought whatever Larry left on the table at the various markets around the Southeast! I am proud to say that I have been associated with Mr. Singleton, as a business associate and, more importantly, a friend for that time. Nice idea on the Forum!

Hey David, thanks for signing on and for the post.Your one of those folks I believe has a ton to share about antiques. Keep coming back. See ya at the auction...LS
how much is he asking for the bluesmaster?
I don't know a price. I'll be glad to pass on his website and you can ask him any questions. http://www.vintageposterbank.com
His name is Michael Hodesh
Michael owns Vintage Poster Bank and in my humble opinion an expert AAA+ on posters and vintage art. Check out his site.
